Shipping Policy

We are a small UK based company and aim to ship all orders within three working days. We also have a large selection of stock made up which we can dispatch on the same day. We use Royal Mail’s signed for first class delivery service for UK deliveries, at a standardised rate of £3. For all overseas orders we use Royal Mail Airmail, prices as follows:

Europe – £12 per delivery address; please allow 8-10 working days.
Rest of World – £12 per delivery address; please allow 12-14 days.

Returns

We hope that you are very happy with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items in their original unworn condition (including packaging), for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Please contact us first before you return the goods to the address on the invoice/packing slip. Please include your original invoice/packing slip with your name and address clearly shown on it, if you do not have this please do ensure that your name & address is included on a note with the returned goods. We cannot refund your return postage costs and therefore recommend that you receive a Certificate of Posting or use Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.

Colours & Swatches

We have tried our best to represent the colours as close to the original fabrics as much as possible, but if you would like to see the fabric before ordering then we are more than happy to send you some swatches. All our fabrics are beautiful & that can be hard to show on a small swatch photo viewed over the internet so please do call or e-mail us and we will post you a few at no charge.
